Successful League Season Completed

Having four teams finish with a winning percentage of .750 or higher, and another three teams finishing above .500, NHBFC had some very successful teams during the 2010 league season.
Leading the way for the club was the BU15 Silver South team, coached by Jeff Ferrario, with a record of 12-1-1. This team will be promoted to Silver Elite for the 2011-2012 season. Leading the girl’s side was the GU19 Silver South team, coached by Dave Thomas, with a record of 11-2-1 and a second place finish in their bracket. In the GU13 Bronze Omega bracket, Coach John Roland’s squad finished second with a 10-2-2 record for a 79% winning percentage. The newly formed GU9 Bronze Gamma squad coached by Cameron Beaulac finished with a record of 9-2-3 making the team eligible for promotion next year.
Rounding out the teams that had a winning season were the GU11 coached by Sean Bartko with a third place finish, the BU16 Silver South, coached by Francisco Flores with a second place finish, and the BU17 coached by Dave Thomas.
Anyone interested in trying out for one of the above mentioned teams, or any other team within the club, should contact the head coach or team manager of the team. Also, look for continued updates to the club webpage for open tryout dates. Congratulations to all of the teams for a successful league season.
