The guest speaker for our 2013 NHB Night was Demian Brown, the Head Coach for the Cal State Fullerton Women's soccer program.  Demian shared his youth soccer experiences both playing against and as a member of NHB.  Demian expressed to parents that in this day and age of big business soccer, NHB has been true to its values as a competivie family soccer club and this is something to be proud of.

Graduating seniors, Gabriel Flores and Garrett Stiffler-Greasby were awarded the June and George Mitton Memorial Award.  June and George Mitton Award recipients are selected from NHB players who have been with the club at least three years, and exemplify the spirit of excellence, commitment and scholarship that NHB strives to promote in all of its players.

NHB and the Board of Directors were recognized by Project Chela for their continued support during the holidays.  NHB participates in the collection of bags, food, hats and gloves and gift cards for "Hope Bags" for homeless foster youth who have aged out of the sytem.
