All U-9 and U-10 teams are guaranteed 4 games. All U-11 through U-19 teams are guaranteed 3 games.
Please click on REGISTER to submit your application on-line. You may not pay with a credit card on-line. You must mail a cashier's check or money order with your signed application by the postmark deadline (July 10, 2011) for your application to be considered. You are registering for the age group you will be playing in the 2011-2012 season.
MANDATORY CREDENTIAL CHECK-IN AND RECEPTION:
7:30 to 10:00 pm at the address below FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2nd for Boys U-9 thru U-19 teams.
CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED, AS ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE BEING SERVED. At this time, you are expected to turn in your Player Roster form, medical waivers and for out of state teams, travel papers are required except if you are using USCS cards. You are required to show your 2011-2012 LAMINATED PLAYER/COACH ID CARDS. At this time you will also receive your team packets and programs.
